Kyla Griffith is the Chief of Staff to Penny Pritzker. She is responsible for developing and executing the Chairman’s strategic goals across her business, civic, and philanthropic endeavors and liaison internally across business verticals.
Griffith served in the Obama administration for seven years, most recently as Special Advisor to the Secretary and Director of the Immediate Office of the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Commerce. Prior, Griffith worked in the White House Counsel’s Office specializing in ethics, compliance, and political law. She began her White House tenure in the Domestic Policy Council, conducting policy research and engaging stakeholders on economic opportunity issues. Previously, she worked at the law firm Gunderson Dettmer. Griffith graduated from Boston University’s dual-degree program in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Communication.
