Chris Bates is a Senior Financial Analyst with Pritzker Realty Group. He is responsible for underwriting and market research in support of PRG’s multifamily investment, financing, and asset management activities.
Prior to joining PRG, Chris spent 4 years at Kroll (previously Duff & Phelps, LLC) as a Senior Associate in their Real Estate Advisory Group. At Kroll, he was responsible for conducting valuation and consulting services for institutional owners/operators of real estate in the United States and specialized in valuations for purchase price accounting, portfolio valuations, and acquisition due diligence. Chris graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and International Business with a Certificate in German Studies. He is an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association. In his spare time, Chris is an ardent Liverpool supporter and enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends.
