Alex Napoli is a Senior Associate with Pritzker Realty Group and is responsible for the underwriting of PRG’s investment and financing activities related to the company’s Multifamily platform.
Prior to joining PRG, Alex worked for Marquette Companies, a Chicago-based multifamily company. While there, he supported the execution of the firm’s acquisition and development strategy throughout the Midwest. Alex also worked for Northmarq, assisting in multifamily debt and equity placement.
Alex is a graduate of Providence College with Bachelor of Science Degrees in Finance and Management. He earned his Master of Business Administration Degree from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. Alex is an Associate Board Member of the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation and an active member of ULI Chicago. In Alex’s spare time he enjoys traveling and exploring the outdoors with his wife and dog Beacon.
