Caleb Stevenson is a Senior Financial Analyst with Pritzker Realty Group. Caleb is responsible for underwriting and assisting the execution of PRG’s acquisition, development, financing, and disposition of industrial real estate.
Prior to joining PSP Partners, Caleb spent 3 years at Stagecoach Partners, a Chicago based commercial real estate consulting firm, where he was a Sr. Financial Analyst supporting due diligence, underwriting, and closing efforts for various firms around the country. Caleb graduated from Florida State University’s Business School with a bachelor’s in real estate. In his spare time, Caleb enjoys watching his favorite sports teams, golfing, and staying active.
