Caroline Greenberg is a Senior Associate at PSP Growth and supports PSP’s venture capital and growth equity initiatives. Caroline joined the firm in 2022, and is responsible for sourcing, deal execution, and portfolio company management.

Prior to PSP, Caroline Greenberg was the Director of Finance at Bully Pulpit Interactive (“BPI”), a digital marketing and communications agency. During her tenure at BPI, she supported the company’s financial responsibilities such as overseeing the budgeting process and performing financial analysis. Prior to BPI, Caroline worked at Svoboda Capital Partners (“SC”), a Chicago Private Equity firm, and was responsible for analyzing new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence for platform and add-on transactions, and assisting in the ongoing management of the firm’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining SC, Caroline was an analyst in the Investment Banking Division of BMO Capital Markets (“BMO”) in Minneapolis and focused on M&A transactions in the business services, healthcare, and industrial sectors.

Caroline received her bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Political Economy from Carleton College. She currently serves of the Board of Women Employed, a Chicago organization dedicated to improving women’s economic status and removing the barriers to economic equity. In her spare time, Caroline enjoys traveling with family and friends, yoga, baking, and golf.
