HR Coordinator
Esmeralda Rico Hernandez is the HR Coordinator to PSP Partners. She provides support for all facets of the human resources function including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry and maintenance. Esmeralda also administers employee health and welfare plans. She also supports all culture and talent initiatives to help continue to build diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace culture, and a highly engaged, purpose‐driven workforce.
Prior to joining PSP Partners, Esmeralda was a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator at The Federal Savings Bank and before that she was a Pension Benefits Analyst at Willis Towers Watson. Esmeralda earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Texas at Dallas. In her spare time, Esmeralda loves to travel.
