Julia Nicholas is a Senior Financial Analyst with Pritzker Realty Group. She is responsible for underwriting and market research in support of PRG’s multifamily investment, financing, and asset management activities.
Julia graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics with a Certificate in Spanish. She is also an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association, REFF, and ULI Chicago. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and supporting her favorite teams: Cubs, Bears, and Badgers.
