Mike Oleshansky is a Managing Director with PSP Capital Partners, LLC. Mike joined the firm in 2011, leads PSP’s Advanced Industrials sector focus, and is responsible for PSP Capital’s strategy development and execution, portfolio company oversight and transaction sourcing and execution.
Prior to joining PSP Partners, Mike spent six years with Industrial Opportunity Partners (IOP), where he invested in industrial companies serving a variety of end-markets. Prior to joining IOP, he spent three years with Equity Group Investments, LLC (EGI), a private investment firm owned and led by Samuel Zell. Before EGI, he worked as an investment banker in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Merrill Lynch & Co.
Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He is currently active in a number of charitable organizations, and in his spare time, Mike enjoys hiking, downhill skiing, smoking delicious ribs, and spending time with his wife and three sons.
