Troy Noard is a Managing Director of the Private Investments group of PSP Partners and member of the investment committee. Troy joined the firm in 2011and is responsible for strategy development and execution, portfolio company oversight, and transaction sourcing and execution for PSP Capital and PSP Growth. Active portfolio responsibilities include DEPT, Ntiva and Blue Dog Bakery.

Prior to joining PSP Capital in 2011, Troy was a Partner and spent 13 years at Frontenac Company, where he executed acquisitions of private companies in a range of industries. Prior to Frontenac, he worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. Troy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePauw University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He currently serves on the board and is Treasurer of the Cancer Research Foundation and previously served as national Trustee for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. If he’s not at work, you’ll probably find Troy watching his kids’ sporting events or trying to convince his wife that an NBA game is a “date night.”
