Most recently, Tim was Partner at Skydeck Capital where he oversaw strategic planning, estate and tax structuring, treasury, and financial reporting, among many other responsibilities. Tim brings not only deep technical expertise but also a people-first, values-driven leadership style. He is committed to building strong relationships across the team and fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and excellence.

As we welcome Tim to the organization, we also want to recognize Ron Wray, our current COO & CFO, who has been a dedicated and trusted leader at PSP Partners for several decades. Ron will continue to play an active role in supporting Tim’s onboarding and will remain a vital part of our leadership as a senior advisor, an investment committee member, and board member. Tim is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience leading family office operations, investment strategy, and financial management. Prior to joining our team, he served as Partner at Skydeck Capital, where he led a founder-led single-family office and oversaw strategic planning, comprehensive tax planning and compliance, estate planning, treasury, financial reporting, as well as deal structuring, governance, and risk management. Tim is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from DePaul University, College of Commerce.
